ARIES ICON: DIANA ROSS

SPRING AWAKENING: Mercury Retrograde in Aries starts this week! In honor of working with this very exciting and energizing influence of the Vernal Equinox (Sun entering Aries) coinciding with Mercury in Aries, the next P40 will invoke the magic of the Trickster and Messenger god.

The blasé days of the end of Pisces (and Chiron in Pisces square Mars) are about to give way to the fiery rites of rebirth and spring awakening. The next P40 is devoted to the rise and burn of re-emerging into the primal, “I Am” selfhood of Aries. Other powerful themes will include the Emperor archetype, the Hero’s Journey, the Moirai or Fates, and the Individuation process. We start THIS TUESDAY so this is your last chance to get in and join us for 40 days of ritual and online community… with the author of the Hermetica Trypticha, Gary P. Caton. More info HERE

Weekly Horoscopes March 19 – 25, 2018

Aries:

It’s your week of weeks, Aries! The Spring Equinox throws open the doorway to your birthday month this Tuesday, setting you on a path of smashing success and rock stardom. You are in the spotlight and LOVING it for the next four weeks. Just note one important caveat – Mercury Retrograde begins on Thursday, and it’s happening in your very own sign this time. This means you’ll really feel it, so you must go slightly against your nature and slow down. Ease into new tasks instead of rushing forth headfirst, at least through mid-April. Bonus: people from your past might show up out of the blue.

Taurus:

This is a jam-packed week in the stars, Taurus. Spring officially begins on Tuesday as the Equinox helps you welcome the season of your birthday. However with the Sun in your retreat zone for the next four weeks, your psyche will be in a state of repose and refection. Note that your dreams will be POWERFUL – aim to write them down and encourage yourself to remember them by keeping a journal and pen by your bedside. On Thursday Mercury Retrograde begins, and even though it can bring some chaos and delays, it’s actually a really healthy time for healing old wounds.

Gemini:

Happy Spring, Gemini! With the Sun moving into your social zone on Tuesday, the next four weeks are meant for major collaboration and connection. After the Equinox you’ll want to start growing your network both online and IRL. A hefty cosmic caveat arrives on Thursday in the form of Mercury Retrograde. With your ruling planet in slow motion for the next three weeks, there could be hiccups in every life arena, including with friends, colleagues, and associates. But the bonus is that old besties might return to your life – even those that seemed like they were long-lost.

Cancer:

Spring arrives this week and you are so here for it, Cancer. The new season arrives on Tuesday with the Vernal Equinox, and it brings far more than mere green shoots and blossoms. With the Sun in your house of career for the next four weeks, you’re an ambitious force to be reckoned with. There is one fly in the ointment, however – Mercury Retrograde starts on Thursday, and it will move through the same part of your horoscope over the next three weeks. You may have to review some old projects and prospects, but looking back will help you to leap forward after 15 April.

Leo:

Happy spring, Ms. Kitty! The official start of the season is this Tuesday. The Vernal Equinox signals four weeks of fire-power and wanderlust. With the Sun in Aries, your sister sign, you’re large and in charge of your destiny. Travel is totally on your mind between now and late April. But with Mercury Retrograde beginning in the same part of your horoscope on Thursday, there are likely to be delays and last-minute itinerary changes. Be prepared: pack extra time into your schedule, check flight/bus/train times more than once, and make sure you’ve got all your travel documents in your bag.

Virgo:

This is an exceptionally busy week in the stars, Virgo. It begins with the gorgeous unfolding of spring on Tuesday, on the Vernal Equinox. This ushers in four weeks of sweet intimacy for you. With the Sun in your house of sex and transformation, you can go deep. Note that with your ruler Mercury going retrograde on Thursday, it may not be simple or straightforward inner work. If fact, it can get super confusing as a parade of ex-lovers slide into your DM’s, checking to see if you’re still into them. Stick with your heart and your intuition – you already know al the answers.

Libra:

Welcome to spring, darling. Tuesday’s Vernal Equinox is the beginning of Relationships 2.0 for you. With the Sun in your partnership zone for the next four weeks, you’re meant to emphasize dating, mating and relating one-to-one. This makes you a bit obsessed with your significant others. But there’s a big caveat, Mercury will go retrograde in the very same part of your horoscope on Thursday. This can make the next three weeks rather messy for your relationships. Don’t forget: sometimes breakdowns and breakups lead to breakthroughs. And keep an eye out for your exes – they’re thinking about you right now.

Scorpio:

Spring is here, Scorpio! It arrives in concert with the Vernal Equinox on Tuesday. It’s time to start shedding your cashmere sweaters and your winter blues. You’re likely to be obsessed with various projects for the next four weeks, while the Sun is in your house of work. As busy as you’ll be, Mercury will go retrograde in the same part of your horoscope on Thursday. This might mean that there is a technical issue at your job, so back up your data and be extra careful with your computer and phone between now and the middle of April.

Sagittarius:

Happy spring, Sagi! The season of new beginnings arrives on Tuesday with the Vernal Equinox, and the next four weeks have you all lit up and ready for pleasure. The Sun will be in Aries, your sister fire sign, through late April, revving up your love and romance zone and amping up your creative spirit. The only issue is that Mercury Retrograde arrives on Thursday, bringing a bit of chaos and confusion to the same zone of your horoscope. This can bring back actual ex-lovers and even those you just texted with and forgot after matching on a dating app.

Capricorn:

Everything changes this week, Capricorn – in the fiercest, most fiery way possible. It begins with the Vernal Equinox on Tuesday – the entryway to the spring. This has been a heavy winter and you’re SO ready for what comes next. The next four weeks emphasize home, family and domestic issues. It’s all about nesting and focusing on your oldest, deepest ancestral ties. With Mercury Retrograde beginning on Thursday, this part of your chart is lit up in every possible way between now and mid-April. Use the next three weeks to look back at your past to insure an absolutely fabulous future.

Aquarius:

You’ve been waiting far too long, Aquarius, but it’s finally here: the Spring Equinox arrives on Tuesday, ushering in four weeks of newness. Green shoots are finally starting to push through the soil, and your communication zone is lit up by the Sun, making you want to think, talk and text about it 24/7. Note that with Mercury Retrograde starting on Thursday, all that self-expression might not run smoothly. The chances of putting your foot in your mouth are rather large, so try to take a breath and think before you speak, especially between now and mid-April.

Pisces:

Your birthday month may be over this week, but spring is officially here, totally making up for it. The Vernal Equinox arrives Tuesday, readying you for four weeks of mega-moneymaking. This is the best time of the year to focus on earning, spending, saving and budgeting. Note that with Mercury Retrograde in effect from Thursday through mid-April, it might not be the best time to ask for a raise, but you can certainly prep for that, and plan to ask in about a month’s time. The key is doing all your research, dotting your I’s and crossing your T’s – don’t rush into anything right now.
